We offer free art classes for low-income UC Berkeley undergraduate EOP students (Pell/Dream recipients) and low-income UC Berkeley graduate students.
Eligible students can take one free class at the Berkeley Art Studio during the 2026 Winter and 2026 spring session. Please fill out the application below to be considered for the scholarship. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your application is approved, you will receive an email from the Art Studio with next steps to register. Please do not register online and select “Pay Later through CalCentral” or you will automatically be charged for the class through Cal Central.
Winter session: January 26 – March 15
Spring session: March 16 – May 10
Enrolled UC Berkeley students who are residents of the Helen Diller Anchor House may apply to take a FREE art class at Berkeley Art Studio West during the Spring 2026 session. This scholarship is made possible by Anchor House Operational & Residential Life Funding.
Please note that only courses offered at the Berkeley Art Studio West location are eligible for this scholarship. The Berkeley Art Studio West facility is located on the 2nd level of the Helen Diller Anchor House and is open Monday – Friday: 12pm-9pm, Saturday – Sunday: 12pm-5pm.
