Intro to Printmaking

Intro to Printmaking – Spring

This course will cover DIY printing techniques, linoleum block printing, and monoprinting using gelli plates. Linoleum plates allow you to create multiple prints from the same image. The use of gelli plates results in unique, one-off prints created by layered compositions using found objects and painting and drawing techniques. This class is open to anyone interested in learning new printmaking techniques and for those with little to no printmaking experience.
