Learn three Photoshop tools to transform your digital images into 2-color screen prints on paper. We will experiment together online with both vector and raster imagery, and use Photoshop to create separations using thresholds, half-tones and channels. Our final projects will be output as screen printing stencils by the Studio, and students may choose to print them in-person with the instructor or at home as safety allows. Previous experience with screen printing and Adobe Photoshop advised.
This class will take place online and in-person at the Berkeley Art Studio.
In-person screen printing to be scheduled with the instructor the weekends of Dec 4 &5 and Dec 11 & 12.
