In this intermediate pottery class, you will improve your techniques so you can make larger, lighter and well-balanced pieces. We’ll explore the complex relationship between form and function, as well as the importance of trimming and finishing. This class will prepare you for the application of printed decals and alternative finishes.
Prerequisite: Must have taken Beginning Pottery at the Berkeley Art Studio or feel comfortable throwing a cylinder with even walls.
