Drawing & Painting Outdoors

One of the best practices to improve observational drawing is to sketch from life, specifically the outdoors. The constant movement of light sources, nature, and people, results in vibrant and unique work that cannot be replicated by a photograph. In this course, perfect for summertime weather, we will work outdoors in both wet and dry mediums, with weekly meetings at different locations, all on the UC Berkeley campus. All levels are welcome to sign up.
