Tea-dyeing is a natural process often used by costumers, designers, quilters, and artists to add antique tones to fabric and paper. It is a simple, non-toxic introduction the art of dyeing. Participants will learn three simple dye-resist methods to create patterns on fabric for a two-hour dye bath.

 

$20 materials fee payable to the instructor: Includes an instructional handout and dye kit with dyeing jar, dye base, tools, and fabric for two dye baths.
