Sculpting the Human Figure – Spring

Learn to sculpt the human form in this 7-week class! Students will create sculptures of the entire human body—from head to toe—as well as develop projects focused on one aspect of the body, such as the hands or head. Students will learn to create figure sculptures in low relief—raising the form from a flat background, as well as form free-standing sculptures. This class is open to students of all levels and is ideal for students who are interested in developing their sculptural techniques.

Clay must be purchased at the Studio. Clay is $10-$28 for a 25 lb bag depending on clay body. We also sell tools kits at the Studio and the prices range from $10-$22. Class includes unlimited glazes, firings, and open studio access.
