Open Figure Drawing – Spring

Open figure drawing is a time for artists of all skill levels and backgrounds to gather and practice drawing from a live model. Drawing horses, easels, drawing boards, and a professional model will be provided for each session.
Each session will start with short poses (2 -10 min) and transition to longer ones (20 min). Please note that this is a non-instructional workshop.
Recommended Materials List:
Sketchbook or large drawing pad, preferably 18×24
Choice of drawing materials: Charcoal (vine charcoal, compressed charcoal and/or charcoal Pencils), and/or Graphite pencils
Kneaded Eraser
Painting materials are not allowed.
The Inkstone on 2431 Durant Ave. near the UC Berkeley campus will have drawing supplies available. Please contact them directly to inquire about in-store pick-up.
