Intro to Quilting through Small Projects

Quilts come in all sizes and patchwork can be used in many different ways. Learn the basics of quilting (from start to finish) by creating and incorporating piecing and quilting into various small projects such as placemats, zipper pouches, tote bags.
Skill level: Beginner/advanced beginner
You will learn how to:
Rotary cut fabric
Cut and piece various blocks - both modern and traditional
Quilt
Bind
Material fees to teacher: $35 (includes fabrics and supplies for some of the projects)/
One project will involve incorporating quilting into a garment - supply directions will be provided during class.
