Florals in Soft Pastels Workshop

In this one-day workshops students will use soft pastel to build layers of color and tone to create a dreamy floral still life. We will also explore the difference between “harder” and “softer” pastels and their uses. Each participant will leave with a 9”x12” color floral still life.
Required Materials:
- Blick Studio Pastel Set - Assorted Colors, Set of 24 (a similar product works fine too)
- Strathmore 400 Series Pastel Paper Pad - 11" x 14", Assorted Colors, 24 Sheets (a similar product works fine too)
- A pencil
Optional:
- Crayons and/or colored pencils
- any other favorite drawing tools (dry media)
