Ceramics Focus: Small Cups

This class is designed to explore a range of decorating techniques. Students at all skill levels will make a series of small cups. At each step in the making process we will explore ways to affect surface, shape and color. The small scale of the form will allow individuals to cycle through a number of ideas quickly that they can later apply to their larger body of work. Students should have a basic understanding of throwing before taking this class.

Clay must be purchased at the Studio. Clay is $10-$28 for a 25 lb bag depending on clay body. We also sell tools kits at the Studio and the prices range from $10-$22.
