Intro to Photoshop: Photoshop is the industry standard for digital imaging and photography. It offers immense creative possibilities. The focus of this class is to familiarize sudents with the essential tools and features of Photoshop for the Macintosh. Photoshop can be an overwhelming program to learn. This class will give the students a general overview of the software and practical understanding needed to work with images in the digital world. The class will cover the work environment, the tool bar, palettes, image controls and layer manipulation. Understanding of the Macintosh operating system required. Students may work on their projects outside of class in the ASUC Art Studio computer lab.
Materials List: External hard drive or portable flash drives to keep files on. Any files left on the Studio's desktop may be deleted without notice.

New Class!!-- Intermediate Photoshop: A more in depth class for those that want to take the next steps in Photoshop. Learn more advanced tools and techniques. Understanding
