The Berkeley Art Studio has received an exciting new grant from the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on Student Services and Fees (CACSSF). This means FREE art classes for all UC Berkeley students who qualify for the Pell Grant or Dream Act Scholarship. Administered in partnership with the Educational Opportunity Program, visit the EOP office (119 Cesar Chavez, eop.berkeley.edu) to verify your eligibility for a free membership and receive a special registration code.

Berkeley Art Studio registration is open to the entire community as well as UC Students, Faculty, and Staff. We offer classes in ceramics,painting, drawing, and photography. The Studio has a rich history of providing affordable quality art instruction for students as well as the larger East Bay community. It is a welcoming place for students and artists at various skill levels. It has proven to be more than just a space but a community of artists committed to their craft.
